Volvo Roadside Assistance is not just there to get you going again if your car breaks down. It's also there for more human mistakes like running out of fuel or locking your keys inside the car.
In the unlikely event that your Volvo would encounter a mechanical breakdown or any of the issues listed below you can benefit as a Volvo owner from our complementary Volvo Roadside Assistance Programme. This service offers you total peace of mind 24 hours a day every day Australia-wide.
The Volvo Roadside Assistance programme is valid for the length of the manufacturer warranty or Extended Volvo Roadside Assistance Programme. It is subject to the prescribed Terms and Conditions. Contact Austral Volvo for more information.
A Roadside Assistance card will be included in the literature pack given to you when you take delivery of your new Volvo.
Should you require roadside assistance just call the 1800 186 586 and quote the VIN number indicated on your roadside assistance card.

Customer Benefits
If the vehicle is over 100km away from home and is disabled for more than 24 hours
- Accommodation for up to 3 nights (to a maximum value of $120* per night) in conjunction with the car rental for a period of 3 days will be provided; or
- Car rental for a period of up to 5 days; or
- Alternative vehicle ground transportation to the driver and passengers should car rental be unavailable.
- Vehicle Relocation of a repaired vehicle from a Volvo dealer (where your vehicle can be transported to your home address within Australia once it has been repaired) to a non-accumulative value of $1,000 per year.
